Job Overview


She Soars Psychiatry, LLC is a holistic, integrative mental health practice dedicated to helping individuals heal and thrive through compassionate, evidence-based, and whole-person care. While we specialize in working with female identified patients across the lifespan, male patients are also welcome. We also welcome therapy with families, couples, and groups. We value the mind-body connection and incorporate lifestyle medicine, nervous system regulation, and trauma-informed approaches alongside traditional psychotherapy. With a team of dedicated psychiatric professionals, therapists will enjoy a built-in referral system.

We are seeking a licensed mental health therapist who is aligned with holistic care, values autonomy and collaboration, and is passionate about supporting clients in meaningful, sustainable healing. This is a contract/1099 position with flexible scheduling.

Job Duties

  • Conduct thorough intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-10 coding to accurately identify client needs.

  • Provide individual psychotherapy services via telehealth (and in-person if applicable)

  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, EMDR, somatic, trauma-informed approaches)

  • Integrate holistic principles such as lifestyle factors, nervous system regulation, and mind-body awareness into care

  • Provide individual, couples, group, and/or family counseling sessions

  • Utilize crisis intervention techniques to manage urgent situations effectively while ensuring client safety and stability.

  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in the electronic health record in compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards.

  • Collaborate with psychiatric providers, therapists, and other team members as needed

  • Uphold ethical, legal, and professional standards of practice in Oregon

Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted Oregon license as one of the following:

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

  • Licensed Psychologist

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in a mental health–related field

  • Experience providing psychotherapy to adults and/or youth (experience with adolescents a plus)

  • Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently

  • Interest in or experience with holistic, integrative, or trauma-informed care

  • Comfortable providing services via telehealth

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance standards related to medical records and patient confidentiality.

 

Compensation & Benefits

  • Strong percentage split (65/35 first 90 days), 70/30 thereafter and opportunity to work towards 75/25 after 6 months
