We cannot bill Medicare at this time. Potential Medicare patients can choose to pay out of network fees quoted below.

It is strongly recommended that you are familiar with your explanation of benefits prior to your appointment. As a courtesy, She Soars Psychiatry verifies your insurance information prior to your appointment. We collect patient responisbility (unpaid deductible, copay, coninsurance) at the time of service.  Please come prepared to do so.  If you are not in a financial position to pay at the time of the appiontment, we will be happy to reschedule the appointment for a more convenient time.

Fee Schedule for Out of Network Patients/Cash Pay

​

  • Initial Psychiatric Intake: $325.00

  • 50 minute follow up: $220.00 (includes talk therapy, medication evaluation and management, and/or functional medicine)

  • 30 minute follow up: $140 (includes talk therapy, medication evaluation and management, and/or functional medicine)

  • FMLA/disability/accomodation paperwork: $50.00

  • No-show or late cancellation fee (must give at least 24 hours notice): $100.00. Not covered by insurance
